What can I expect in a session?

Generally, it's a deeply relaxing and restorative experience, often people fall asleep. Each client can experience every session quite differently, however, the most common feedback is a feeling of peacefulness, with sensations of warmth, tingles, lightness or the feeling of energy moving throughout the body, some clients see beautiful & vivid colours or a sequence of fast track images or memories.

Occasionally people experience a feeling of heaviness or slight discomfort prior to energy patterns or emotions being released.

What if I'm skeptical, will it still have an effect?

I've had many skeptical clients, generally because their partners have received positive benefits from my work and have encouraged their husbands/wives to experience it for themselves, so although slightly coerced they've booked the session and showed up...this is a huge step in being open to something new for some, with little  understanding or information about how I work, so I encourage you to create an opinion based on actual experience. Some of my regular clients are those that were most hesitant. 

 

How often do I need to receive a session?

This varies greatly depending on each individual and their state of wellbeing and the severity of health issues. I offer recommendations based on the indicators and directives of the clients Innate Wisdom. Initially, sessions can be at 2-4 week intervals then become more widely spaced.

The body generally only indicates a follow-up session if it is a priority, rather than a desire. There can always be benefits gained from follow-ups, however, some body's prefer more time to integrate the session and will generally not indicate when further out than 5-6 weeks.

My recommendation for a follow-up is only a guideline, I prefer to empower clients to ask themselves what feels right, as in the modality, practitioner & timing which most suits them.

 

 

Do I need to remove my clothing?

No, clients remain fully clothed at all times.

Do you read my thoughts?

No, I do not read peoples minds or thoughts, it's more that I tune into the Innate Wisdom or Higher Self, a level of consciousness that has a more expanded overview. This level of being will only share/communicate with me what is appropriate and necessary.

How many sessions will I need?

An average of 3 - 8 sessions over 1 - 4 months, with fortnightly intervals, this is very generalized. Naturally, this will vary depending on the severity of health issues, length of time the symptoms have been present, the age of the client, environmental factors - clearing can be less effective if the home/work environment remains toxic, chemically, emotionally and/or energetically. Although sessions can be supportive in seeing situations from a new perspective, giving clarity, inner strength, re-direction to make different & healthier lifestyle choices, with a greater sense of self-worth, a renewed vitality.

How can this help me?

My work and treatments can help in a variety of ways, from a greater sense of self-worth, emotional balance, enhanced mental clarity & stability, improved physical wellbeing & stamina gained by more restorative sleep patterns, better digestion, stress release, etc through to spiritual & personal growth and conscious evolution.

How will I feel after my session?

Many clients express a feeling of lightness, relaxed and sometimes floaty. I always do a focused grounding at the end of a session, as it's a little like coming out of a meditative state, or awakening from a dream.

I highly recommend taking a few moments to sit with self and become fully present before driving or returning to the hustle and bustle of life/work, ideally taking a stroll or sitting in nature, is highly beneficial.

Does it still work if I don't feel anything?

In my experience of over 20+ years, I've seen a great many shifts in people who did not feel any physical sensations throughout the session. We all have different sensitivities, some with more heightened subtle senses than others, just as some people have better eyesight or hearing, so although our sensitivity spectrum may greatly vary, the work that we receive doesn't, as we also all have different levels of self-awareness, and may or may not consciously be aware of changes that have taken place. I always recommend to take time to reflect on self, patterns and behavioural responses as an indicator and re-listen to the recorded reading I provide to observe changes can that subtly occur over time.

How long will the effects last?

The effects have a ripple-like quality, the first week has a more integrative processing aspect, then over the next few months as the shifts or releases of patterns, fears, states of consciousness are integrated they become more apparent as situations or circumstances present themselves. Depending on the individuals level of self awareness to their responses and reactions to events. It's less likely to feel as if buttons are being pushed, less reactive and more emotionally balanced. These effects are on going....sometimes it may be months or years before you may experience a intense button-pushing situation, and realize how relaxed and unaffected you are.
